    Who We Are...

    Bellevue Manor AFH is owned and operated by Claudia Popa. We are a new adult family home in the Bellevue area but are not new to the adult family home business.

    Experience

    Claudia has owned and operated an adult family home in Phoenix, AZ and also was resident manager for more than 8 years. Her compasion and respect for people has made her very well-known throughout the adult family home industry.
    During the years, she has cared for residents with many different diagnosis such as dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, etc. She has also had residents that were on dialysis. She treats all her residents like family and cares for them each individually.
